AI Portfolios is an investment advisory firm. These terms cover creating an account and signing in on this site. The advisory relationship is governed by the agreements you review during account setup, including the investment advisory agreement and Form CRS.

The firm's systems propose portfolio decisions. A human advisor reviews those proposals before any order is sent for execution. Nothing on this site promises a return. Investing involves risk, including the possible loss of principal. Past performance does not guarantee future results.

To create an account you need a valid email address and a password of at least 10 characters. You confirm the email before the account can be used, and you keep the password to yourself. One person, one account.

Stop trading stops new proposals and new orders. It does not sell the positions you already hold. Resuming after a stop requires you to consent again.
