At sign-up we collect your email address, the password you choose, and the fact that you accepted the Terms of Service and this policy. You can also tell us how you heard about us. That answer is optional. We use it in internal signup-source summaries; we do not send it to third-party advertising platforms. The password is stored by our servers as a hash. It is never written into this browser. We send one verification email so we know the address is yours.

The signed-in session lives in an httpOnly cookie. This site does not put balances, holdings, trades, tax figures, or chat into browser storage.

We use the account information to create the account, confirm you asked for it, and sign you in. We do not sell personal information.

We keep operational records of registration, sign-in, checkout, subscription and account setup to operate and troubleshoot the service. If you allow optional usage analytics, we also record page categories, interaction times, referral domains and campaign tags, and coarse browser/device families. These help our team understand incomplete signups and improve the product. We do not include passwords, payment card details, financial holdings or chat contents in these analytics. Dedicated usage events are retained for 210 days to support six months of reporting. You can change optional collection in Settings; browser privacy signals are respected. Financial and regulatory records have separate retention requirements.

The firm's systems propose portfolio decisions. A human advisor reviews those proposals before any order is sent for execution.
